Yoga for Legs
This practice includes shapes that will open the muscles around your legs and hips! We’ll use some dynamic movements to get loose enough to sit in lizard lunge for a little bit. It’s a great evening or post leg day practice. I hope you enjoy! If you’re following on my middle splits journey, this is a good one to get you a little closer to your goal. I LOVE U 🥰
